No physical goods are sold.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are displayed in Dollars ($) and include VAT where applicable
- Payments are securely processed via Payhip-supported platforms (e.g., PayPal, credit cards)
- Full payment is required at checkout. Products will not be delivered before payment confirmation
4. Product Delivery
Purchased digital products will be available immediately after payment via:
- Direct download link
- Automated email with download instructions
Important:
- Customer is responsible for file backup
- Download links may have limited availability
5. No Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is waived once:
- Digital download begins
- Customer expressly consents to immediate contract execution
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge:
- Immediate fulfillment of the digital contract
- Forfeiture of withdrawal rights after download initiation
Refunds are only granted for verified technical issues not caused by the user.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Lucca, Italy.
